Golden Glow Yoga College provide YAI and YAP certified Yoga Education and Practice support.

Carefully crafted for a modern urban market, Freedom to Choose is our motto, empowering open minds and critical thinking. We offer immersive support for people from all walks of life.

Newcomers, devoted practitioners, aspiring teachers are welcome. We offer Advanced Study online programs as well as Foundation, Diploma and Senior live Yoga Teacher Trainings.

Golden Glow Yoga College in Ireland was founded in 2006 as Golden Glow Yoga. As the systems evolved into a range of programs for all abilities and ages it’s  success grew.

The small studio, evolved into larger ones and finally, after attending Senior Yoga Training in Southern India on three occasions, GGYC and YAI Ireland was registered in 2013 as Irelands leading  Yoga Alliance International Training YAI Centre with its Indian background and spearheaded by Dr Sri Radha Sharon O’Neill GGYC Founder, Senior Coach and Mentor at GGYC in both Ireland and later in the UK 

 GGYC remains  based in both Cork and Galway. All courses now offer hybrid of live training with online access.  

 Dr Sri Radha Sharon  is affectionately known to thousands as Sri (Shri) Radha (Rad – ha), professionally as Dr Sri Radha Sharon O’Neill BCL Hons, PhD Yoga. (This s not a medical Doctor but a Doctor of Yoga)  Sri Radha is also an experienced and practical Senior Trainer.

The support you get from our Lead Trainer Sri Radha allows an easy transition from one level to the next as you delve deeper into your studies.
